• Nose: Floral notes with honey and crisp apple notes. After time in the glass it opens into something a bit unexpected, similar to an ultra anejo tequila.

• Palate: The mouthfeel is thick, viscous and oily. There is sweet and dominant cinnamon on the palate.

• Finish: The cinnamon is intense and transitions to long and bitter and dry cocoa on the finish.
