A note from Drammers: Wow, how lucky are we — Glen Scotia was just named Distillery of the Year by the Scotch Whisky Association, and a minute later we get a call that the two single barrels we selected with them (back on September 20, 2020) have just arrived and will arrive to our retail partner in the next week or so. We selected two casks — one peated, one unpeated. They are both truly exceptional, and you can watch the whole barrel pick process we did with their master distiller Iain McAlister in our video library. They are also very rare — there have only been 4 single barrels of Glen Scotia in the United States in the last few years, and we’ve got two of them!

This is the unpeated of our two picks (the other is peated), aged for 8 years in a first-fill ex-bourbon cask.
