From the Distillery: 15 Gallon Bourbon casks filled in 2020, these barrels are no longer purchased by Tenmile Distillery because our spirit is maturing so well in the full size barrels. A very limited commodity many of them were used to fill two large Sherry Butts to create our award-winning “Double Matured” which got a 95 and Double Gold in San Francisco.  Don’t miss this whisky before it’s gone.

• ABV: 46%, Bottle Strength

• Nose: Caramel and vanilla shortbread with notes of granny smith apples

• Taste/Finish: Long smooth finish with hints of vanilla and toasted hazelnuts

• Age Statement: 4 Years

• Bottling: This expression will not be numbered
