From the Brand: The very pinnacle of Irish whiskey, Bushmills 21 year old single malt whiskey is aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, then married and transferred into Madeira casks for a final 2 years of maturation. It has huge depth that interweaves dried fruit flavours with a spicy, aromatic maltiness and subtle nutty raisin notes.

This whiskey should always be served neat.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Deep mahogany

Nose: Honey, ripe fruit and sweet hazelnuts

Taste: Raisins, dark chocolate, vanilla and toasted wood

Finish: Long and delicate
