This is some of the final whisky produced at the famed Cambus distillery only 2 years before it closed forever. It was originally built in 1806 in the village of Cambus, near Alloa. The distillery closed for 24 years after a fire that destroyed the distillery in 1913, but was rebuilt and reopened in 1938. Sadly it shut down for good in 1993, making this some very rare and sought-after whisky.
