The first whisky ever made in the Cotswolds, our award-winning Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky is crafted using the finest locally grown, traditionally floor-malted Cotswold barley. Belonging to our Classics Collection, our Signature Single Malt favours the rich and bold, fruity notes which result from maturation in our highly active STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) ex-red wine barriques. Blended with whisky matured in premium first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels, this single malt has notes of honey, red fruits and a hint of treacle. 

Non-chill filtered. Natural colour.

Maturation in highly active STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) ex-red wine barriques gives it rich, bold, fruity notes, balanced with whisky from premium first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels - resulting in flavours of honey, red fruit and a hint of treacle.

Malt: 100% locally grown, traditionally floor malted barley from the Cotswolds.

Yeast: Two complementary varieties - Anchor and Fermentis - to ensure good yields and excellent fruity flavours.

Water: Village water supply - filtered, softened and demineralised before use.

Wood: STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) American oak ex-red wine casks and premium first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels.
