Schooled as a chemical engineer, Enrique’s expertise and attention to detail are evident in every aspect of his craftsmanship. Fidencio Tepextate is responsibly sourced and wild harvested at 30 to 40 years from Santa Maria Zoquitlan. This bold and complex  expression exhibits notes of green earth, tart red berries, white pepper spice with a long smooth spicy finish.
