A blend of Straight Rye Whiskeys

We are enormous fans of the High West distillery and their incredible whiskeys, and it has been particularly exciting watching as they continue to grow and incorporate more of their own distillates (distilled in Utah) into their products. This higher-priced “Rendezvous” rye has long featured older whiskies than their “Double Rye” expression, and features more of High West’s own pot distilled in-house liquid that features a higher percentage of rye in the mashbill than most. Starting in 2021, the distillery began to release Rendezvous rye only as a limited edition seasonal release. The result is exceptional and particularly spicy, highlighting their particular blending talents.
