Distillery: Holyrood - Ambir

Located right in the heart of Edinburgh, this exciting new distillery has only recently become available inthe United States. They have been making big waves even in the lead up to this moment with their remarkably creative experiments at the new make level, playing around with a wide variety of yeasts, mashbills, etc. These releases are not core range offerings, rather they are one-off batches (sizable, but still one-off) that are not expected to return once they run out.

From the Distillery: A sweet and creamy single malt whisky that celebrates our explorations into specialty malt. Ambir features four specialty malts; Chocolate malt, Vienna malt, Crystal 240 and Caramalt.  700ml, 49.8% abv,
