HOW WE MAKE IT

Simon is a beer fanatic. So the whisky in this bottle was initially aged in shaved, toasted and re-charred red wine casks before being finished in 100% stout casks from Scottish beer heroes Innis & Gunn. And you’ve guessed it, those Innis & Gunn stout barrels also originally held Nc’nean! A delicious full circle.
