TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Immediately opens on Pear Drops hard candies and dehydrated pineapple (there’s dehydrated mango in there, too) followed by vanilla ice cream drizzled with caramel sauce and warm honey cake.
PALATE: What a delight! Warm and rich up front with chocolate hazelnut spread, toasted grains, spun sugar, and another round of Pear Drops.
FINISH: Long and warming becoming a little jammy with a suggestion of chocolate covered coffee beans.
