TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Bright, sweet and pleasingly floral: freshly mashed barley meets grilled zucchini in a meadow of wild flowers. Note, too, ballpark peanuts, candy corn, and a subtle wisp of wood smoke.
PALATE: Pronounced wood spice (ground ginger and warm cinnamon) with barley grist, cocoa powder, ripe star fruit, and a honey sweetness as it transitions toward the finish.
FINISH: Pleasantly drying with lingering wood spice, dark chocolate, and subtle honey sweetness.
