Stauning R.Y.E. Whisky captures the essence of Denmark’s rich heritage. Our signature malt whisky is crafted from 100% locally sourced, floor-malted Danish rye and barley, and offers depth of flavour and balance with a long, fruity finish. A distinctly Danish approach to whisky: Designed with simplicity and a commitment to traditional craftsmanship, Stauning Rye is double distilled in small direct-fired copper pot stills and matured in virgin American white oak barrels. The result is a smooth, full-bodied whisky with a distinctive, robust character, featuring notes of vanilla, caramel, and ripe cherries, reflecting over 2000 years of rye cultivation on the west coast of Denmark.
