– From 100% blue weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco
– Aged for 18 months in used bourbon barrels, 6 months more than required
– Distilled to 114 proof, aged, then cut to bottling proof

With more oak aging you’ll sip the richness of vanilla and cacao, finely balanced with the hint of lime zest.
Tasting Profile
Palate: Mature flavors of vanilla, cacao and a twist of lime zest.
Finish: Spicy dried chile finishing off with warm vanilla tones.
