From the Distillery: Classic V is just what you’d expect: the brilliance of our classic expression with another year of age. Tannins have had that much more time to settle and integrate while the chocolate and cinnamon notes make themselves felt. Consider buying another bottle of Classic III while we still have them to gauge the effects of time in the barrel. 

• ABV: 46%, Bottle Strength  

• Nose: Caramel, coffee and cinnamon with some hints of strawberries.  

• Taste/Finish: Soft notes of cinnamon spice pears with flavors of a dark chocolate pie. Long finish with spiced fruit on the tongue. 

• Age Statement: 5 Years 

• Bottling: This expression will not be numbered.
