From the Distillery:

  • NOSE: Toasted flaked almonds and toasted coconut with poached spiced pears and fresh sweet meadow hay.

  • PALATE: Toasted coconuts and almonds with poached pears and a light Oak spice.

  • FINISH: Slightly dry with Oak spice..
