From the Distillery: “The way tequila was made 200 years ago” A true homage to ancestral artistry, using an authentic Tahona —volcanic— stone to crush “first-press” the 100% blue agave from the rich lowlands of Tequila, Jalisco. Crystal-clear and brilliant, with silver reflections that highlight its purity and elegance. It shows a density in the glass, anticipating a silky and structured body.
There are more than 2,200 tequila brands, but only 169 tequila distilleries. Of which, only 20 distilleries are single NOM ( 1 distillery = 1 brand), and we are immensely proud to be one of only 5, to be additive free.
For five generations, the Gallardo family has been dedicated to the art of tequila production, portraying an authentic vision of Mexico and passionately creating this spirit at Hacienda La Gavilana since the year 1774.
